All persons attending an observation week must apply to attend at least two weeks prior to the scheduled sessions. Confidentiality is very important to us. We check with all observers before coming to make sure they do not know the clients who will be attending. If people come at the last minute, we are unable to keep to the standard of confidentiality that we are striving for.
The cost of the observation program is $100 per person, or $150 per married couple.
Please only book weeks that you are sure you will be able to come. If, for some reason, you are unable to attend your scheduled week, we ask that you kindly notify us as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks before your scheduled sessions. This will allow us to offer your place to someone else who is waiting for the opportunity to attend. We do understand there are some exceptions for last minute cancellations, such as sickness.
Please arrive on time. If this is your first time attending, we would like you to arrive by 12:15 on the first day. That way, we can get you oriented, and settled in the space before our clients arrive. On subsequent days, or if you have attended before, please arrive by 12:30 at the side door, and be settled in the room by 12:45*Dates and times are subject to change
Counselling sessions run from 1:00p.m. - 4:00p.m. Tuesday - Thursday, and from 9:30a.m. - 12:30p.m. on Friday. Please arrive by 9:00 am and be settled by 9:15 am on Friday.
Please take time to pray as you prepare for the week - for your learning opportunity, for pastor Bob, and also for the folks preparing for counselling as it can be very hard for them. Keep praying throughout the week as God works through His healing process.
